Beyond the Lease - A Letter to Salon Suite Owners

Dear Salon Suite Owner,

Let’s get it right.

You are not renting space. You are selling dreams.

As the purveyor of these small rooms-turned money-generating machines, you are endowing budding professionals an opportunity to reach for a life they’ve dreamed of.

Yes, your business deals in terms of square footage, number of windows, and dollars per week. But you should be selling the concepts of freedom, control, adventure, and enablement - a lifestyle of success.

You are not a landlord. You are a sherpa.

Your suites are not filled with beauty, health, and wellness professionals, they are filled with explorers. The people who operate within your walls are taking the biggest risk of their lives. All so they can do things their way. To build their own empire. They are on their own frontier. They are venturing into the unknown with a skill, a goal, and a passion. But they need help. They need more than a set of wall and a sink. They need tools, knowledge, and a community to help them find prosperity on their journey. If you can give them those things, you are giving them a better chance at success. And they will reward you with gratitude, loyalty, and on-time rent payments.

You are not an operator. You are a cheerleader.

So while you are on your tours, giving them details about how you have free laundry, or bigger average square footage than the suites down the road, stop and think about the position the person you are touring is in. Think about their journey, their risk, and their bravery. They are not just renting a space. They are investing in their dream. They are taking a giant step into the unknown with a strongly held belief that they can make it. Show them that you can not only give them the vessel, but you can help fan the flame of desire and bravery that drives them forward. Show them that you have what they need to make the venture easier, more straightforward, and give them a higher chance at success.

After all, you are not renting space, you are selling dreams…

Now go and help these explorers stake their claim,

Stephen Cassano

Our FindaSuite.com service is an advanced CRM tool designed to seamlessly collect leads from every social media platform and landing page. These leads are promptly enrolled in automated text and email “drip” campaigns, ensuring automated follow-up. Considering the high cost of advertising for leads, letting one slip through the cracks is a risk you can’t afford. While other marketing services may offer weekly lead summaries or email notifications, FindaSuite sets itself apart by delivering real-time alerts via text, guaranteeing you’re always the first to reach out to prospective tenants when their interest peaks.

Additionally, our Salon Suite Solutions Call Management feature expertly captures and logs calls from individuals looking to lease a suite directly into the FindaSuite database. Keratin, a key structural protein found naturally in hair, is renowned for its remarkable ability to fortify hair strands and prevent breakage. When hair becomes damaged due to various factors like heat styling, chemical treatments, or environmental stressors, the keratin content within the hair can diminish, leading to weakened hair structure and increased susceptibility to breakage.

In haircare products, such as shampoos, conditioners, and treatments, keratin is often included as a primary ingredient to help replenish the lost protein, thereby strengthening the hair shaft and reducing breakage. By penetrating the hair cuticle and bonding with the existing keratin molecules, these products work to restore the hair's integrity and resilience from within.

Regular use of keratin-infused haircare products can significantly improve the overall health and appearance of the hair, making it more resistant to damage and breakage. This makes keratin an essential ingredient in haircare formulations, particularly for individuals with damaged, brittle, or weakened hair, as it helps restore strength, vitality, and manageability to their locks.

Correction From Last Month

Last month we stated that there were over 10,000 salon suite locations nation-wide. This number was reported in error and included many establishments outside of the salon suite scope, which we uncovered when looking deeper into the data. In an effort to remain a trusted source in the industry, we felt it pertinent to issue this correction. In further research and in conversing with Jason Olsen from Image Studios who are also engaging in market size research, we have determined the actual number of current salon suites in the US is closer to 3,500. This number is expected to grow to over 7,000 in 2028 according to most industry growth estimates which puts the estimated annual CAGR (Continued Annual Growth Rate) between 15% and 25%.
